[Coco] Coco 1 263-3001 just goes to 'ok' prompt when turned on

That looks like common "D" or "E" board 64k upgrade wiring.  A spare gate on 
the 74LS02 is used for some sort of bank switch and the wires between the 
memory chips cover the extra address line that is not present on the board.
