[Coco] Coco 1 263-3001 just goes to 'ok' prompt when turned on

Bill, the ROMs were working fine. The ROM test for warm vs. cold
start is bypassed if a cartridge is detected. Extra persistence of
RAM memory due to the cold temperature would completely explain what
happened.
