[Coco] SWTPCEmu Disk Images Cataloged

I started working with the listing. I decided to begin with SysCall, since
that's what started this. I cataloged everything I found on a new page on
the decode site:

There is much duplication, and from what I am seeing, one of the people
responsible for these disks seems to have been working on trying to port L2
to SWTPC.
