[Coco] MW Basic version of DCom was: Cocopedia update

Reading the v2.1 manual has been enlightening. It seems that the earliest
versions of MW Basic were still called Basic09, and still had a version
number of 1.x. There is an example startup showing 1984, Microware Basic
v1.3.

The 2.4 manual shows the same screen, but the version is 2.4.

The 2.1 manual also says previous manuals were named Basic09/68000
Programming Language Manual.
