[Coco] Green mountain micro color burner

from floppy to drivewire you don't need nothing. Just protect you floppy
(just in case), then put your floppy on drive 0 then type:

DRIVE OFF 0

on DW server, set HDBDOS emulation to on (to support multiple v-disks) then
create a disk image on drive 1

on DECB type:

backup 0 to 1

Save the drive 1 image to a .dsk file

Then voila!
