PS - John Linville's contest entry was in truth very well done and he
has a glowing review in the magazine.
Saying it was awful was a bit of a joke today at the fest precisely
because all of us know that John would never submit something that was
any less than excellent. It has been brought to my attention that
without the context, my message earlier seems very rude and I agree.
Sorry! It's been a long weekend, wasn't thinking.
