[Coco] CoCo font for Mac/PC/etc.

Nice font, Luis. Allen, this one is on par with the TRS-80 model I Fonts
that I have used in the past. Unless you're going for 32 col reverse
effects, this should do nicely for your video projects. Email privately if
you would like a copy of the other TRS-80 fonts I use. I have certainly
added the MSX to my fonts. Thanks again Luis!
