[Coco] Trouble booting NitrOS9 under MESS 148

Phillip,

There are two crucial things that must be done when using MESS, the first of 
which applies to any system, emulator or hardware. 1) You must match the 
6809/6309 choice of NitrOS-9 to the CPU in your emulator or hardware. 2) MESS 
requires that you change the extension name from .dsk to .os9 because MESS won't 
correctly determine the disk image format without that change. The VCC emulator 
does not care about the extension part of the name.
