Thanks for all the responses both on the list and direct, I'll try to
respond to everybody here since most have the same questions :)

I will definitely be able to ship a copy to anyone that would like
one.  I'll sell them for cost to print + cost to ship.  I can take
paypal, bitcoin, dwolla, or probably any other way you want to pay,
it's no big deal.

A PDF will be made available (for free) online, so anyone that is
interested will be able to read it.  That's why I want to make the
printed copies "professional", very high quality.. they are more of a
collectors item than just a way to see the content.

The $10 cost estimate is based on using magcloud.com, which comes
highly recommended.  They charge $0.20 per page.
If anyone has a suggestion on alternative ways to print these, I'm all
ears but remember I want them to be high quality magazines, full color
glossy etc.

Hopefully that covers it.  Anything I've forgotten please just ask,
and if you have any content to submit please get it to me this week!
I will be doing final typesetting etc this weekend and submitting to
printer on Monday.
