Looks good, very minimal design, yes... I do approve of your lack of
wasted screen real estate. 

But the helpmsg file should really be a flat OS-9 text file. No
linefeeds and *especially* no tabs.  Come on, you wrote your own screen
handler, you *know* what ^I does to an OS9 terminal!

Clean up helpmsg and I'd support that!  This isn't going to replace
tsedit or uemacs as my main editors but it'd beat the hell out of edit
for editing startup and standard.bl.  Especially for new users.

Great work overall, Man.
