[Coco] CoHR doesn't support cursor position

Guys, far as I can tell the commands $1F $30 and $1F $31 are for Windows not VDG 
screens. Looking in the Level2 manual is a section Windows/AppendixB - Color 
Computer 2 Compatibility, which gives the commands that work on VDG screens 
under OS-9 Level2. $1F $30 and $1F $31 don't exist.
