[Coco] CoCo bus interface project

Louis,

I haven't decided what I'm going to do with the design just yet.  I'm new
to this community, and I don't feel that I've really broken any new ground
at this point.  Maybe once I've added some new and interesting things I'll
open it up or offer it as a product or both.  At the moment I need to prove
the design a little more.
