Never ever lost a single bit with my disto 4n1.  Only reason I retired it 
was the Maxtor drive was suffering from stiction & was needing a slap on 
the corner to get it started.

So I bought a TC^3 because the disto's incomplete interface couldn't handle 
two drives.  Now I have a couple of 1Gb Seacrate Hawks on it.
