Yeah, it was locked up. It only has about 230 bytes of memory free and I think it's just crashing from that. I'll keep resetting it, and I do plan to do a proper rewrite -- writing an Arduino BBS sounds like fun. I may develop it in parallel in BASIC as well on the CoCo.
