[Coco] [Color Computer] Convert image to Coco compatible image

I did a web search and found Basic programs for doing HSAVE and HLOAD, but
they may be by Robert Gault, not Steve:

The version I'm thinking of, though, actually added the commands to Super
Extended Basic.
