[Coco] rebuild NitrOS9 with superIDE

You can make a short ribbon cable and plug the SuperIDE and floppy controller in at the same time. You may have to cut up an old program pak for the card edge connector. Make the cable as short as possible, just long enough to set one device on the desk top and the other right on top of it.

I have a superIDE and a floppy drive (FD-500). But I don't have a
multipak.
