[Coco] A cartridge to hack

The SuperIDE board uses a 64KByte flash ROM.  This is not to be
confused with what we call USB Flash Drives.  The Flash ROM on the
SuperIDE is deviced into 4 banks at 16KBytes each.  This allows for
you to program too 4 cart ROM's into it and either switch between them
using dip switches on the SuperIDE or using software to change a
value.

As far as the start address for the SuperIDE is just like most carts
is at &HC000.

Though this thread was originally started trying create a standalone ROM pack.
