OK now I recall a few more details...

There's a jumper for auto-start, another for selecting 16KB/32KB ROM decode 
size. The EEPROM itself should be 27C256/512 (32/64KB) so you can have up to 
4 different 16KB images, or 2 different 32KB images on the device, 
selectable via dipswitch.
