[Coco] Delphi Files

Hi,

I have offered to help with the Delphi files several times and others have 
expressed interest.

Nothing has happened with any files except having then dumped into RTSI or 
...

Same with CIS files, one set went round and round and ended up being just 
dumped into ...

My Delphi listings of files is fairly complete and the CIS file list is way 
too short to be anywhere close to complete.

Bottom line appears to be, just dump and run and not do any organization of 
any files.

In the times of Delphi and CIS we had long and one line descriptions for the 
files.

NOW all we have is the file name.

YES, I have said this many times before.
