[Coco] Terminal program for 16K non-ECB coco?

Hi everyone,

What are the IC numbers to convert a 16K CoCo 2 to 64K?

I have 4 IC's in black foam with a sticker on the back saying CC3 RAM 128K 
Chips.

One resister and one tiny cap are stuck between the chips. (Yellow Violet 
Black Gold) Cap has no value.

One of my Dead CoCo 3s has 512K and the other 2M.

My CoCo modem pack is missing not in action, not on the pile of 300, 1200, 
2400, 4800 ... Modems.
