[Coco] thexder cheat mode!

In the old CI$ archive I found a file that provided patches for
Thexder for "god mode" -- monsters do no damage, guns and shields use
no energy.

I've owned that Thexder ROM since about 1989 and I saw things tonight
I'd never seen before!  There is no way I'd ever get that far without
the patches.  

Oddly enough the patch was in the OS9 section...
