Nother reply, after having read your attachment, now I am wondering if that 
level3 init is looking for the wrong console.  Nope, Term.  And the Term I 
am using is Term_win80.dt, same crc anyway.  Since it is a VTIO client, 
then either move VTIO out of scf memory, or move the .dt into it.

I'll move VTIO out.  BRB.
