[Coco] apparently an incomplete errmsg file

Thats an idea, but that modules name?  The problem then might be in keeping 
the two copies in 'synch' for the traffic they generate?

I'll try first, moving ALL the dw driver stuff into normal memory.  That 
way, ioman won't be saddled with trying to figure out which driver to send 
the request to.

Back later with results since I have to do all this at the coco's keyboard 
due to needing to reboot to a dw less boot in order to format the disk.
