"E" board and later CoCos had the nameplate centered.  Earlier CoCos had the 
nameplate offset to the left as you face the CoCo.  The spot on the right 
might be the RAM size button, discontinued with the "E" and later board 
CoCos.  Given that there was something blanked out on the right and the 
blanked out label position, I lean toward an early CoCo.
