[Coco] DW4 problems

Hi Aaron and all:
I ended up moving the USB serial dongle to a different (unused) USB2 port,
and that fixed the problem.
The 8-way USB extender (powered) had the mouse, a 1.5TB external HD, and
webcam plugged in. The webcam was not in use, but all else was.
Interestingly, the DW4 server software is on that external drive also.
