As Chester indicated, it has also been my experience, though I don't recall these utilities specifically, ALL B&B utilities assume a cluster size of 1.
So if you formatted larger than ~127MB partition, then I advise you NOT to use them.
That is why all distributions from Cloud-9 have a cluster size of 1. Plus 127MB is HUGE!!!!

anyone tell me if these commands are compatible with drive formats where
each cluster represents some power of 2 worth of sectors?
