[Coco] Need POKE for Cap Lock - LogiCall DISKS.BAS

When adding an entry into LogiCall's DISKS.BAS, when the last letter in the 
 text is in lower case, the program seems to lock up. Does anyone know a 
POKE to  put the CoCo3 into CAP LOCK?
