Well not so much a design, just an observation that the I/O lines from 
the PIA that the bit-banger uses are available on the Dragon's Parallel 
printer port. I guess youd need a level shifter circuit, something like 
a MAX232 or MAX202 to generate proper RS232 levels, but should be doable.

If I get a few minutes later I'll see if I can design something.
