[Coco] SIDEKICK the HDB-DOS Browser

There's a flag in low RAM that HDB-DOS sets for this.  You'll have to look at the HDB-DOS source code, which is on SourceForge, to determine the location of this flag, but it's around the $014X area, I believe.
