[Coco] coco serial port

It wasn't that the serial port hack was "only for OS-9" as much as a DECB program would have had to have been written specifically for it, and that was never done. With OS-9 adding modified hardware is comparatively easy, just write and load the driver. With DECB the ROM code would have to be hacked or a program written to specifically address that hardware. Most terminal programs were written to address the RS-232 Pak because it was a standard Tandy hardware item. A few only supported the bit-banger though.

If it was ONLY for OS9 there have been a couple of hardware packs done that
added as much as two real serial ports to the coco. Then all you then need is a
serial port driver in the OS9 boot.
