[Coco] Hires for CocoMax :)

Hi, well dunno if there is a CoCoMax (coco2) version with support to
hi-res adapter.

At least the versions I have don't but I did my very own driver
following the hi-res source and references Boisy told me

So here is a cocomax for coco2/3 that supports hi-res interface. It
runs smooth :) although there is a little jittering at some positions.
