[Coco] coco serial port

There are (were) several commercial serial port solutions.. the Tandy
RS-232 pak, the J & M controllers with serial ports, etc. Those are not
too difficult to find.
The built in serial port is "real" if you program it act like a real serial
port. With some limitations it can be used with standard rs-232 at speeds
of 115.2kbps and even 230kbps thanks to Darren Atkinson's fancy coding.
