The book Tandy's Little Wonder shows the 3003A model number as starting in 
1981 with 32k.  In all probability it is a "D" or "E" board.  These versions 
would require trace cuts and added wiring to enable the banking for 64k use. 
There is the remote possibility of "half good" chips.  If it does have half 
good chips I'm sure someone somewhere will have good 64k chips.



September of 1983 lists the 26-3005 CoCo 1 as having 64k.
