[Coco] RTSI archive

John,
You won't be able to "open" the VHD. It is a virtual hard drive image to be read by a Coco emulator like VCC or Mess, or by a real Coco using Drivewire. Using VCC or Mess to view the OS9 side requires you to boot OS9 from another sources as the VHD has no OS9 bootfile on it. I use it with Drivewire so I never had a need to have a bootfile on it. That is the only way I think these images can be accessed.
Luis's CocoDiskUtil "may" be able to read it, but it's huge and I think there would be memory problems there.

I have downloaded RTSI archive and placed the file on my desktop.
But I am having a problem opening the VHD file.

Another problem is finding Aarons site.
