[Coco] DriveWire Question

I've seen posts saying Drivewire will run at higher baud rates if you make a special cable with certain pins shorted to each other. My question is how do you go about changing the baud rate on the OS9 end of things. Dmode doesn't list baud rates and the /X1, /X2.... ect are RBF drivers. Is this done by patching the driver or setting something in the descriptor?
