[Coco] Format DMK

When I wrote the DMK support for DW4, I found the best "documentation"
to be the MESS source code for it's DMK routines.
Recommend having a look if you are trying to write an implementation.
You also can use the DriveWire code if its helpful, although the MESS
code is probably easier to read and better documented.
