[Coco] RS232 PAK in a CoCo 3

Hmmmm, must be bad. All it does is lock up the Coco 3 & the Coco2 (using
EXEC &HC000)

For the CoCo 3 all former EXEC &HC000 to start pak software become an EXEC
&HE010 command, that should get your RS232 ROM going.
