[Coco] Read coco disks on a PC

The solutions for using real CoCo disks on a PC generally exclude the
use of USB floppy drives.  The fdrawcmd and omniflop drivers work
directly with the floppy controller chip on the PC motherboard,
whereas USB drives contain their own controllers.
