[Coco] DW4 with CoCo 2

my question is where do I download the cassette file? If I understand these posts correctly, with the HDBDOS rom loaded, I can access the PC from RSDOS, correct?
does the file have a loader to transfer it to the rom area? I know you can't "directly" load a rom into place as you overwrite the code that is loading it and you have to have an M/L loader program that will transfer it to the rom area and the exec it.
I have no way to make real disks from disk images so I can't install the Nitros9 version until I can access my PC so will the HDBDOS cassette load allow me to access my PC from RSDOS so I can boot Nitro?

ot work with windows vista and 7 and only xp?
o I need a floppy disk controller for my coco? I don't have one now but I don't 
ant to do the tape load thing and does the disk controller
