[Coco] Tape-to-disk copy

Got your coco33 disk..thanks! Good stuff there. I saw the different tape utilities, eached behaved differently. One I couldn't figure out what it was doing and another seemed to freeze but the "TAPEUTIL.BIN" seems to do everything I need! Thanks again!
