[Coco] Looking for "C" utils

Hi,

Well, a "CC" clone but with an option to call CNoY and some other strange
things perhaps going on.

Looking at "CC252", that does not have "-y", "-t" and "-c" are different.
"RCR has no "-z", if "rcr" had it, you could  tell better what is really
going on.

Must have been done when changing "CC" was not being talked about.
