[Coco] maltedmedia ftp request

If I may make a suggestion here... :)

It sounds like there is a great amount of CoCo stuff stored on Maltedmedia 
that many not be duplicated or readily available elsewhere. Has anyone 
considered setting up mirror sites or locations for this stuff?

If for any reason Maltedmedia goes down or the CoCo files become 
unavailable, will this stuff still be available?

It's great that Dennis and others host various sites, forums, files, 
etc...And it's great that there's the Glenside Color Computer Club.

If it hasn't been done already, wouldn't it be a good idea to set some 
stuff up that will make all the treasured CoCo files and information 
available to everyone in a way that does not be dependent on a few? Stuff 
happens,people move in, loose interest, etc.

I think if people knew that stuff would always be available or there was 
multiple places to get it, Dennis and others wouldn't have bandwidth issues 
from people downloading everything. And it's really not fair for 
individuals to have to worry about all that. Would be nice if some 
organization could be found that would insure all this stuff would be and 
stay available to all for a long time to come. Maybe some school, museum or 
similar organization.

Just some ideas.
