[Coco] maltedmedia ftp request

Hi,

Due to your desire to have a stable place for CoCo stuff for a long time,
how about the following:

Yours is the master site that is password protected and passwords as I
suggested.

If you get another full download, you can UN-subscribe the member and change
the password.

(The password must be changed as it may have been passed on, that's the
price I and others will accept IMHO.)

One or more mirrors are set up with no passwords and throttling if
necessary.

We publish the mirror's FTP address as the only one and persons who do not
have the password entering the master site are told to go there.

We build DVD's and put the ISO files on another site of the most desired
collections.

Indexes that can be searched perhaps with the long file descriptions I
suggested.

A public log is maintained listing new file additions and reorganizing
activities.

(With ~ 400 members, Dennis should have to do very little, he has done so
much already.)
