[Coco] Paging Art Flexser :)

The only CoCo software author I've ever heard of objecting to the free
distribution of his decades-old stuff at this late date is Steve
Bjork, whose wishes should of course be honored with respect to his
software. There may be others, but I suspect they're pretty few and
far between. In theory, they could sue if you posted their stuff, but
as a practical matter, I imagine the worst that would happen is that
they'd request that the material be removed from wherever it was
posted. Again, I'm referring only to old stuff from the CoCo's
heyday, not anything developed more recently.
