[Coco] Lonnie Falk Death Anniversary

Lonnie was not just a publishing businessman.  He had a real
dedication to the CoCo.  Let's not forget that the earliest issues of
Rainbow were basically a one-man production, reproduced via
photocopying the dot-matrix pages.

I always appreciated the generous buffet spread with open bar that he
provided at Rainbowfests for the vendors and speakers.

Here's to ya., Lonnie!
