[Coco] Memory upgrade TRS-80?

I know this is a CoCo forum, but if anyone would know, I would guess
someone on here would.  Is there anywhere that I can get the 128k upgrade
for the TRS-80 model 4?

In the spirit of the CoCo, I do own a CoCo2, and was curious about a place
to get things like a disk drive and possibly some kind of adaptor to use a
VGA monitor, since the older monitors are CRT and very hard (expensive) to
ship.
