[Coco] NOS-9 and Basic09/RunB woes

As I stated in my last reply, the stock RunB from OS-9 L2 shows that RunB is 
not the problem. I will try using shell+ 2.1 instead of 2.2q and see what 
that does. As far as the ctrl-w issue in Basic09, I believe the issue is in 
the NOS modified version of Basic09, as the stock one allowed me to pause a 
listing under 6309 NOS-9 L2.
