[Coco] HDB-DOS is now FREE

All,

I've decided to make all HDB-DOS ROMs (SCSI, IDE, etc) available to the CoCo Community at no charge.  This was already done for HDB-DOS for DriveWire, and now it will be done for the entire line of HDB-DOS ROMs.

This means that customers will no longer need to buy HDB-DOS any longer.

I'm trying to decide where to post these ROM images for now, but when I do, I'll let everyone know.
