When I get back to it, thanks.

I have a motherboard with fattened and dying caps, that won't stay up long
enough to run the milling machine anymore, so I bought another box to run
the mill with, one with an Intel D525 motherboard, which carries a dual
core 'atom' cpu running about 20% faster than the old single core was
running, and uses only 14.5 watts in the cpu when running wide open.
Getting a stable install wasn't exactly what I got, but we'll get it sorted
in due time anyway.

That box was a 'back to school special', $246 on my front stoop. Builtin
video, 2G of dram, a 250G sata drive, and a dvd writer with a
keyboard/mouse kit and a stereo headset with a mic boom for hands off skype
or ?? And all sorts of blue LED's to impress ones rug rats with...

Since 10 bucks worth of caps will fix the old machine, it will get fixed
eventually, just not this week. ;-)

Cheers, Gene

Don't let go of what you've got hold of, until you have hold of something
else.
