[Coco] OS-9 Level 1

I have been having discussions about this in the coco_chat IRC channel. The
OS-9 L1 version of Basic09 has a version # of 1.00.00, whereas the version
for Level 2 has a version # of 1.00.01. Deek believes this indicates some
kind of bug fix that may have caused 1.00.00 to crash under L2. I am not
sure. All I know for certain is that L1 Basic09 was sold separately, and L2
Basic09 was included with the OS. In NOS-9, the level 1 and level 2 6809
versions are identical, and the 6309 version has been modified.
